It was a challenge at first since there is no built in export to image command in rpg maker for the maps and exporting screen shots as you have done was the only way I could do it. I use rpg maker for all my maps on roll20. That is, buildings and other random pieces often take up only corners or pieces of some squares. The main problem is that the 'grid' of the RPG Maker map doesn't line up with the roll20 map. It looks like taking a screenshot of the map, then uploading the image, does the job to some extent.
